If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we want to help resolve the issue. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.

General Terms

  • If you are not satisfied, please contact our support team first. We will make our best effort to address your concerns.
  • Refund requests must be made within **7 days** of your purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  • It may take 1-7 days to receive the money back after approval, depending on your payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system from your registered email.

Refundable Services

The following services are eligible for refunds:

  • Shared Hosting Plans: BDIX Hosting, Global Hosting, WordPress Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting: Initial subscription packages

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Domain Registration: Domains are registered instantly and cannot be reversed.
  • VPS Plans: Resource allocation for VPS is instant and non-refundable.
  • Dedicated Servers: Custom hardware setup for dedicated servers is non-refundable.
  • Add-ons: SSL certificates, backup services, and other third-party add-ons.
  • Service Abuse: If your account is suspended for breaking our terms, no refund will be given.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Open a support ticket from your registered email.
  3. Provide your invoice number and the reason for the refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
